Spending some time journaling every weekend has done wonders for my mental health 🌸 I feel so comfortable and at ease just scribbling away while the sun filters into my living room & my cats sleep next to me 💛 (ft. pomodoro videos from emma aiko on ytube)

It's so grey and rainy these days but looking back at this photo I took while sorting work-related things is a nice contrast. The flowers might not be real but the good brain chemicals from looking at them are 🌸💛🌷

We really tried to make the most out of the sunny weather and golden colours 💛🍁🍃 and I made a new tiny friend 🌸

October is already over, but I still want to share some impressions from the small adventures I had with my friends 🍂☀️
the photo shows a flower arch in front of a ruin. the building was originally built in the early 1900s. the windows are empty but the roof is being restored. a group of jellyfish that glow in blue and white shades. an empty path along trees. the leaves slowly change colour from greens to yellows and reds.

Before I had to head back, we took the chance to hop down to Bonifacio, too. There we explored the historic city and inner harbour - and of course, spotted Sardinia 🩵☀️

We went to explore the mountains and visited the ruined convent of Orezza... 🌿🪨

I went to visit Corsica for the first time. It's one of my mother's favourite spots on Earth & even though I'm barely as sun and heat resistant as she is, I got to experience why. It was stunning ☀️💙🌿

I also got to cuddle kittens and spent so much time with lovely friends. 🩷 Sadly, my journey home turned into an unplanned adventure due to some delays, missed flights and rebookings but at least I got to fly into the sunrise this morning☀️

I returned from my holiday, so it's time for a tiny impression collection 🩵

It's been a while since I posted much so here are some impressions from the past weeks; I found strawberry flavoured kinoko no yama at the store (they're so cute & tasty), made really nice (& surprisingly easy) dinner & caught Oreo lounging dreamily in the morning sun ☀️ it's the mundane things 🩷

I spent my birthday last weekend journaling under my favourite plum tree 🌸 and then I got even more flowers from my coworkers! 💐✨ (yes I have to keep the tulips locked away from my cats bc they are poisonous & my kitties very silly)

And that's a wrap for January! 💫 It felt super long & went by quickly all at the same time. Here are some impressions; I worked on my thesis, tried to workout more (when Tofu let me), visited the planetarium and received a little Jolteon from a friend which can keep my other one company now 💛
