F/S made it so that sex workers were not allowed to safely screen or blacklist clients, and everyone said we deserved to live in unsafe conditions because whores are subhuman.

Whores are always fighting for your rights before you know that you're about to lose them.

Socialism isn’t as scary as propaganda makes it out to seem. You can be rich in socialism, but not at the expense of people being poor. No one deserves to struggle to survive.

Some would say the beginning of the Industrial Revolution was the beginning of the end of the world. 2020 lockdowns were the last chance we had to abruptly stop & reverse the damage. There won’t be anymore history books because we are at end of the end.

The billionaire bunkers will destroy the biosphere even faster than business as usual. We’re already in the middle of a mass extinction event, and humans are going to be extinct soon if we keep putting pressure on the planet.

Actually, I’m pissed. We should all be pissed. We had a chance to make radical change in the best interest for everyone but the richest 1,000 people in the world, and we’re doing the opposite.

Because of my small safety net during covid, I was able to focus on improving my mental health and physical recovery from years at a highly demanding job. Slipping back into the fear of no safety net, no guarantee that tomorrow will be better (usually the opposite), doesn’t sit well with me.

I guess because I got to experience some of that for a short time, I know how good it feels to not worry about making it month to month, knowing that I had a place to live and food to eat regardless. My job was completely closed for 7 months, but I had a small safety net.

I saw the effects of all of that + privilege. I saw healthier and happier people. I saw a healthier population in the people able to stay home and not get covid or any other communicable disease. I saw more creativity, and more passion from those who could afford to change careers/pursuits.
