Fuel is fuel, but learn which ones get you moving and which ones keep you moving.

This can be by word or action.

None of this will feel comfortable until it does.
But you owe it to yourself to be a version of you that can be content or satisfied in life. Or for some, that means being a version that's striving for more.

This'll mean professional therapy, being more open with trusted friends, taking actions that feel like social risks, and/or many other things.

Maybe I'll come to terms with it. Maybe I'll revert.

IDK how many other people have been through or noticed this effect. I'm going to assume this is something that hinders the men in my country from similar changes in their social lives.

Normally, good feelings are worth the slew of negative ones in my experience. But when the emotional expressions get attached, it seems like each feeling is multiplied. Which makes the rough parts too rough.
