Obviously Bin Laden and Sinwar aren't comparable (former is a terrorist, latter is a resistance leader and a hero), but this reminds me of how Xbox Live didn't allow you to name yourself Osama, a very common Arabic name. However, naming your child Benjamin or Leopold is totally fine.
