FIFA said in May that the governance committee apparently needed "expert reporting including on topics of territoriality", following a Palestinian Football Association complaint against the Israel Football Association. In their letter the experts provide "unassailable facts" on this topic.

The deaths of migrant workers in Saudi Arabia has profound and damaging impacts on their families, who struggle for basic information about their relatives' deaths from employers. Compensation is almost impossible, leaving families with unpaid debt and financial hardship.
