gladiator ii (2024)

Denzel washington is incredible in this. rest of the movie is pretty good (minus the day to night lighting which was awful) but hes the main reason to watch the movie

mayhem (2017)

glorious orgy of blood and violence. any film that features a nailgun as a weapon has my attention. good dynamic between the two leads, but the film is held back by a kinda middling script. good cinematography and direction, sound design is great.

Se7en (1995)

probably one of fincher's 3 best movies, alongside zodiac and fight club. beautifully shot, perfect atmosphere, tight script. last minute is the only major flaw with the movie - studio demanded additional scene, but its unnecessary to the point of the film
