Yuuuuup the adhd is strong in this one

It can help to put a reward at the end of it, but make sure someone else controls the reward bc I tend to just give myself the reward and dont do the task 😰

I like “Hell hour” I just set a timer for a hour and just get everything I’ve been putting off all week or month. Usually when the timer goes off if I’m not done I usually just finish the tasks since I’ve already started. It really helps if a loved one reminds u to start the hour or body doubles
