go to daiso, buy a tie, and cut it to the length you need. shave down that interfacing too because ladder stitching will become commonplace later and you don't want the extra bulk.

ditch the trigonometry and use vibes instead to make a 7.5cm side equilateral triangle with a foam offcut because you've run out of shrink plastic. Crying less is the priority. Why didn't you use the foam earlier? Mystery. Don't question it, you're still sleep deprived from Hades 2.

buy gloves off carousell. do a lot of math with reference photos and a ruler and draw lots of guidelines. if you don't like the guidelines just use hand sanitiser to clean them off lol

Finally, I cleaned the transparency of dust/fingerprints/all my old attempts with a spectacle cloth, set it in the inner edges of the bauble (hanger loop side down), and closed the bauble.

I cut out the heart, filled in the last edge, and that was the heart done. Time to glue!
I cut out the transparency, and gently pushed the base heart around underneath till it was roughly where I wanted. Then I glued it in place, and glued the front heart down so it covered the base heart.
