LMAO ok tru. but i think going to the gym in public feels like enough shame that having to sit in my sweat and stink on a bus for 40 minutes back to NW would just be too much shame for one outing 😂😂😂

i only go cause it’s a block away from my place 🥲 any further and mamaaaa i’m not going period lmao. there’s no way i’m taking a BUS to a gym. and portland makes me so embarrassed, i could never shower at the gym, so id never be able to bus home in public after a workout with these pits lmao 😂

and then to see all the hot gays at LA fitness in the pearl every time i go lol… and im just like…. a sweaty lump trying my best but can’t even compare 🥲 none of it ever makes me feel great lol. but… idk i still keep trying. though ive been struggling to get myself to go recently 😔

i don’t get it either 🫠 it’s so hard. and i’ve never “felt good” after a work out. for years and years, through ups and downs of body weight and routines and this and that. have never left the gym or a workout feeling “better”. it’s so discouraging. and i try so hard and continue to.
