In the #horizoneu project Integrating Diversity in Social Dialogue, we collaborate with researchers from Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia and United Kingdom to explore how social dialogue can better include non-standard workers.

In the #horizoneu project Integrating Diversity in Social Dialogue, we collaborate with researchers from Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia and United Kingdom to explore how social dialogue can better include non-standard workers.
Yet, many non-standard workers remain on the sidelines – often missing out on the protections of collective agreements and legal frameworks.
This contributes to a growing divide between “insiders” and “outsiders” in the labour market.
