Hello, German DnD/Pathfinder Player, DM here with a group of Germans. I personaly prefer a mixed thing with mostly Location names beeing the Thing I leave untouched. Namens for Characters is mostly 50/50. Spells, Items and creatures I try to localise if I find them online for my Players.
