I find it so hard to recognize progress that's slow to accumulate, but it's been a year since I picked art back up as a hobby and looking back I'm really proud of the progress I've made in that time.

I think I'm finished with this relatively simple Saiiren fan art. I didn't want to go for full colour, rather trying simple shading techniques to define shapes.
It was fun getting to watch so many people I follow enjoy her Cobblemon server the past week or two as I've worked on this.

Watching the outfit review was fantastic, a lot of the entries were so well presented it made me want to revisit my entry to see if I could do it better with fresh eyes.

I saw this graphic on Hockey Psychology's most recent video (www.youtube.com/watch?v=hdxS...) and the numbers are so stupid good it made me want to go looking for something properly stupid to compare it to. I didn't have to look any further than my other favorite team, the Leafs. (Hear me out).

Had a lot of fun revisiting this piece I'd originally finished a couple of months back. After getting some solid critique on it and deciding to redraw most of it with different brushes and technique I'm even more proud of it.
