Cold clear liquids. I'll add "electrolyte drinks" to the already solid list above. Also try sipping instead of just drinking, that's what my doctor always recommended for me.

Yeah no... I love Mac and cheese but not at Thanksgiving. There is already stuffing, potatoes, rolls, sweet potatoes, corn... It's enough.
