It also seems that the “game” has changed and folks like Durbin are still playing by the old rules. I do get there is nuance. And I also know there was no good decision here.

This is so interesting to me because I have been really into coffee for the past 20 years but in the last year it has started tasting burnt and giving real acid stomach. The only way I can tolerate it is iced.

I do think inquiring about/pointing out blatant misogyny and overt sexism is a job-specific question for ANY job.

You are not alone! My dad went to lunch with his wife and he ordered something only to be told it wasn’t offered at lunch - only breakfast. He turned to stone. Uttered not another word- just shut down, couldn’t recover. His wife had to order for him. It’s a panic inducing situation!
