my car has sat useless in its parking lot since then bc it takes a burst of great confidence to go outside the house

i feel useless & lazy & even socially i know im a background character who does nothing

god. im trying really hard not to give up rn but im paralyzed by pain & anxiety & depression

i can barely sleep most nights and my brain has been too active during the day to nap

im scared to go get the things that are bothering me looked at because i keep being brushed off as it all just being anxiety

and on top of all that my license has been expired for 3 years and

whatever ill be ok eventually. ive gotten better at not being consumed by my negative feelings. ill just be moody on my own for a little while and then ill get over it. i always do. i always have to.

spending 5 days at the beach with family and walking every day made me realize how much i wanted to lose weight again, and refreshed in my brain just how much i missed being able to go places

so i'll work on losing weight and getting my license again so i have the freedom i had again
