Even when things feel heavy, you’re still worthy of gentle moments and small joys that remind you life can be kind, too. 💖

No matter how tough life feels or how much you’re struggling, you still deserve kindness and care, both from others and from yourself. You don’t have to “earn” love, rest, or happiness by being perfect or having a good day.

Absolutely! You don’t have to be autistic to feel this way! (This was just commissioned for someone specifically wanted that mentioned) 💕

It’s okay to love what you love, even if others call it “childish” or “cringey.” Your special interests bring you real happiness — that’s your autistic joy, and it deserves to be celebrated, not hidden. The things that make you light up are part of what makes you beautifully you. 💖

Finding healthy ways to release that energy is important part of healing. Things like journaling, crying, creating art, moving your body, punching a pillow, or talking it out is a few ways you can you release those emotions.

Emotions may feel spooky to feel, but in order to heal, you must allow yourself to feel them. When you push away sadness, anger, fear, or grief, those feelings can get stuck and weigh you down. But when you let yourself truly feel them, you can start to release that energy.
