for a sec i thought this was a fun new benchmark but o3/3.7/2.5 can figure out lshift. for some reason they can't get rshift right the first time

they should let you index with keyword arguments, like value_cache[page_idx=0, idx_within_page=5, kv_head=0, head_dim=:] instead of value_cache[0, 5, 0, :]
