The long awaited finish! It melts in your mouth and is very juicy. The coriander, garlic, and onion compliment each other wonderfully with the corned beef flavor. @skyrailroad.bsky.social your pocket sand did an amazing job for this and will definitely be my go to next time as well!

Made a really good brisket last night. Smoked it for 10 hours and gave it a good rub with @skyrailroad.bsky.social Extra Hot Spicy Bite.
