So, my son-in-love just lost his job. My daughter, a stay-at-home mom with disabilities is in a panic. He just started college and had dropped to part-time so they were already scraping by. We have been helping as much as we can but I feel this low level panic building in me.

People talk about "the other timeline"... is it weird that it FEELS like a real thing? Tangible in a way that almost hurts. It hurts to wake up in this one every day. We keep working, but there is a looming darkness, a wave pulling me under and that other timeline floats just out of reach.
