i've hacked up a way to ""load any video"" into godot by OS.execute()-ing ffmpeg to convert the video into an OGV Theora, then placing it into a cache folder that I clear when the program exists

Tried to sorta emulate the DSP effects effects from Source. They're area-defined at the moment, but I'm looking into ways to make it automatic
