To be fair, iirc super broly recaps everything fine so you could watch it as a stand alone
Also I would give DB a shot (esp the manga since it’s quicker and the fight choreography is some of the best)

ZA hate is genuinely so forced, atleast for me I think the game is great. It’s the hip thing to hate on Nintendo (deserved or not) and ZA was the prime target for these grifters
