My uncle might die from a heart attack

Fuck me. My uncle is awake and off the vent but so bad that they can't do his needed heart surgery because he might die. He is very confused mentally and keeps asking if he's been in a car accident and thinking he was abandoned at the hospital. Whatever is going on, a DNR was put in place
