My representative, Jeff Crank of Colorado, never gives a direct answer to my questions. Just sent an email asking him if he supported the tear down of the East Wing of the White House and why. All I got was a canned paragraph about Trump being elected president. At least try to defend your position.

Trump likes to rename things. How about changing the Department of Justice to the Department of Retribution? It would be more accurate.

Donald Trump wants to tell Americans what to say and think. He wants to tell universities what they can teach, who they can hire, and who they can admit. He tells companies what prices they can charge. He decides who is entitled to due process. He uses government to persecute his political enemies.

I thought the right decried cancel culture and championed free speech. Hmmmm, Trump uses his FCC flunky to threaten ABC who then suspends Jimmy Kimmel Live because Kimmel exercised his right to free speech. Once again the hypocrisy is incredible.

Trump has spent years vilifying illegal immigrants. He now sends them to detention camps and prisons in other countries where they will be held indefinitely. How is this different from what Hitler did to Jewish people and others he persecuted?

Trump says he doesn’t know if he needs to uphold the Constitution. Perhaps someone should show him a copy of the oath he took at his inauguration.

Just called Representative Jeff Crank (R) of Colorado. Asked the staff member who answered the phone if Representative Crank believes that the Supreme Court has the final word on the law in this country. He said he doesn’t know where Crank stands. Unbelievable!

Noncitizens who have not been charged and convicted of crimes are being sent to El Salvador for what amounts to life sentences. And now Trump is contemplating doing the same to citizens. How can this be tolerated?

When House Republicans propose laws limiting the powers of federal judges, effectively increasing the power of the President, do they not realize there could be a Democratic president in the future? Just shortsighted or ready to end the democracy?

Not sure why the markets are so optimistic today. All the 90 day pause does is affirm the erratic, unstable nature of Trump. If you own a business, how do you plan for the future?

Enough already. Trump received 49.8% of the popular vote yet he and his people claim they have a mandate and are doing the will of the people. He does not have a mandate. What he is doing serves himself and the will of his rich friends no one else.

The administration says military attack plans discussed by Vance, Hegseth, Rubio, and others on Signal were not classified. They also say providing basic information about Venezuelans who were deported without due process is a security risk. What???
