This is one of my larger pieces. I had to be really careful not to break off the small offshoots. I do use a wood hardener and sealer to protect them. Some cool shadows are created when the sun shines in! #fiberart #weaving

This is how the base of this piece started out. I used foam, Plaster of Paris and then covered it in a #needlefelted base. What a mess it was! #fiberart
