I have been thinking about GenAI a lot (and being lucky to be one of the first to use it for something useful). It seems we are at an inflection point, where scaling does not do the trick anymore. That is a huge opportunity for startups, which could focus on SLM rather than LLM... lnkd.in/dTHG-vhx
