yes, my understanding is that when the vote comes to the floor they can vote against it. my assumption is: they won't do that, this thing is taking on a life of its own and no one wants to seen abetting any more than they have already. My 2c, we'll see.

it actually has to wait 7 legislative days before a vote can be called. BUT (and I did not understand this) signatures already made cannot be removed. So the 218 are locked, now the clock ticks down.
