XD Yeah. I think it's just cuz men's pants aren't really made to catch on the hips so there's no need to until after they're already up. And then, like "well, I gotta fit my whole hand in this thing" so they unbutton it.

Plenty of guys pull their pants up unbuttoned, tho. Might just be an ad thing.

Hmmmm... I think it depends on the guy?? Back when I was skinnier I wouldn't unbutton my jeans before putting them on, and only for bathroom or shirt tucking purposes. But now that I have thicker hips (I got fatter) I kinda have to, even tho I wanna be lazy.
