So I fell down some stairs because my knee failed me (I have #Ehlers-DanlosSyndrome), I rolled my right ankle pretty bad, grade 2 sprain with dislocation, hit both knees & rolled my left foot inward. Using a cane & now my wrist & shoulder are spraining as well. Swollen hips, sciatica, fibromyalgia.
