Really excited to see Lewis' first first paper now published!

In that study Lewis undertook a systematic investigation of the optical properties of different #Ga2O3 polymorphs using UV–vis spectrophotometry and photoluminescence.

Atomic scale observation of threading dislocations in α-Ga2O3

We took loooots of nice images of Burgers circuits and misplaced atoms at dislocations in #Ga2O3 using transmission electron microscopy.
