I have both the nutube distortion pedal and the AC-120 half-tube giant combo, and honestly the sound is tube-y enough to not make me miss anything. If I hadn't switched to a superlight all-kemper setup, that would still be my main gear. It is a brilliant peace of gear.

Freedom, Ragged Glory and even Sleeps with Angels are gonna make any album look diminished. It's also missing the big "Rosetta Stone to himself" banger Young seemingly just was able to do casually back then (Crime in the city, Trans Am, Fuckin Up)

That said, the price isn't screaming good deal at me. Its that old chestnut of "I added 500 bucks in parts, therefore the guitar is worth 500 more than before", which just straight does not work

I have a barden set in my Esquire/Tele and honestly, they have much more of a Tele sound than Duncan replacements. I think Rails get a bad rep bc a lot of them are aiming for small form factor humbucker, the I can't believe its not butter of pickups

had to get an exam result from the ER after an emergency. They sent me to gastro in the same hospital to get it. Gastro told me they don’t have ER results and wrote me little post-it for ER that read “f you” for me to deliver. Took several trips until a doctor took pity and just looked

I tried finding out what that means and it literally does not get explained. What are we authenticating? That it's a real amp? Last I checked those are kind of harder to forge than Chibsons.
