Depends on where you work, a lot of them dont get much at all. Tipping culture in DK is a lot different from the US. This is a good thing(!) since an actual livable wage is prioritized.

You can absolutley find groups under $25/h, bartenders for example lower quartile is about $20/h. Yes the wages are high but check this fact out.
