There's also a huge amount of work which has to be done by the same people, regardless of where you run. It's not the same work, but onprem vs cloud doesn't actually matter much once you have a team of people actually running machines.

To be fair, BIR cuisine is a derivative of Punjabi (the part of Punjab in Pakistan) food via Delhi. The restaurant business may be owned by Bangladeshi immigrants, but the food they serve is not Bengali.

I didn't realise vada pav could be bad until I had one in Delhi. If you only had that sort of vada pav, you are perfectly justified in hating it.
