Canada has a supply management system to protect their domestic dairy market. Once certain supply thresholds are met, Canada imposes a large 200%+ tariff on imports so prices don't crater and put domestic producers out of business. Trump lies about this and says it's an always on tariff.

Overturning CU is going to require an amendment as the case was decided on 1st amendment rights. I think it's fairly clear that constitutional rights were only meant for actual humans at their inception but SCOTUS obviously disagrees. Dems should also expand SCOTUS if they ever get the chance again.
