why is it like that!... why are people so driven to do things that feed our cycles of self torment? doesn't fucking help that literally all of our platforms incentivize it; and if you don't view that story they'll just email u, jicymi! it's as much the media oligarchs as it is our fucked up brains.

It does seem to have a dissociative quality. I have never had any dissociative episodes to my knowledge but I'm still in the age range where they could start. I think it's a temporary divorce from the identity I've built my whole life. Thank you for offering feedback :^)
