It's definitely AI. Snowy Owls won't nest in such freezing weather. They raise their young in mild northern summers, and the chicks aren't nearly as pretty as the video makes them out to be. Pictures below are real Snowy Owl chicks, in all their grumpy-laundry-lint glory.
