I think writing it as a disease gives it an extra dimension as a plot point.
Question for the worldbuilders, writers, and GMs out there;

I think writing it as a disease gives it an extra dimension as a plot point.
Tragic heroes, PCs that have to face morally compromising decisions for the greater good. I find this so damn compelling I put it in damn near every campaign I’ve written😂😂
