Finished building the top shelf for my media center to hold all my consoles. I have the PS2, Xbox, Saturn, and Dreamcast all done. I need to replace caps on Genesis and SNES as well as doing the two chip mod to SNES. That should just about do it all. Game collection is basically done as well.

Finished up my fixes/mods on the Xbox. I might do a quieter fan, USB-C PSU, and possibly HDMI out. In the meantime though I'm very happy with how its running.

Final images of my cleaned up Sega Saturn console with new buttons. I think it looks pretty good. I've got it all up and working with a Saroo cart to expand the memory and allow for compatibility.

First full night sleep in a week. Feel good but wow, i'm wiped out. I got flu and covid boosters yesterday so my arm is so so sore. Have to go to a wedding so between sleeping in and that today is kind of a bust. Hope you all are having a good weekend though!

Spent the last week on another coding test but I'm done with that too now. Hopefully I'll get some time to work on my game before heading out to BFC next week. I did get my suit packed into two suitcases using vaccuum bags, so thats good. IDK if i'll take a full sized 3rd suitcase or not. We'll see.

Overall, happy with the cleaning. Its a little mottled, but not super noticeably. I think it's either due to non-uniform coat or air bubbled under the cling wrap. Regardless, I'm going to leave it as is. I'll post one more set of pictures after I get the replacement buttons installed.

Managed to score a Japanese Sega Saturn for a really good price, but oh boy is it sun stained. I just did an initial bleach treatment though and i'm really happy with the results! I'm going to do one more treatment tomorrow and I think it will be good to go.
