Yep, this is how it went down. This is why we're focusing in on asking senate primary candidates to call for new leadership. It's not enough to vote against this and then fail to stop it - either you're for a new party or you're part of the problem.

wow had not seen that chart- thanks for sharing

It’d be far easier to primary Warner. He’s up for reelection now.

I think this why we have to demand our senators call for new leadership.
November 11, 2025 at 1:07 AM
we shouldn't go after all of them - just those that are part of the problem. We've got lots of good dem electeds!

Primaries are over before we turn to the general. Have you called for Schumer to step down from leadership yet?

I'm not complicit, I'm incompetent!

His job is to unify and lead his caucus, which he failed to do. If he wants his job to be his personal vote, he should resign his leadership post.

Calling this now: this is Kaine's last term. He'll retire or be retired.

Love ya Bulwark, but you gonna get deservedly ratio'd on this one.
November 10, 2025 at 6:24 PM
i basically agree with this. Stay tuned.
November 10, 2025 at 6:22 PM
yes, it's not up for discussion with him. Why would he support change of a leader he thinks is doing a good job?
November 10, 2025 at 4:24 PM
and this was in the middle of the shut down! When they were actually fighting a little!
November 10, 2025 at 2:18 PM
Stay tuned - more to come. I'd recommend picking one or two primary candidates and adopting them.

Folks, I understand King labels himself an "independent." So does Bernie. They caucus with the Dems. They are in the Dem tent. They are part of the Dem Party in the Senate.
November 10, 2025 at 1:54 PM
yes, he caucuses with the Dems and runs against Republicans for elections. The "Independent" label is a veneer.
November 10, 2025 at 1:53 PM
They were chosen because they are not up for reelection so they can safely piss off voters.

The only answer is you have to hold the entire caucus accountable for the surrender. Every Dem who isn't calling for new leadership ought to be primaried. That, or accept continued failure.
