I’ve been phasing it in over the past 3 years. While my students aren’t at the VNPS every class period, I’m working towards 3/5 days per week.

I highly disagree. These are great problems for students to work together on solving. They are able to come up with great strategies, and always want to solve more. I use them all the time in my classroom.
