I also added cracks, created two and used both. For one, I used the Stylized Crack Generator from @itsglow.ing. Be sure to check that out!
For the roughness, I got lazy 😩 and just used this texture with Directional Warp, adjusting the values while rendering since it wasn’t working well obviously.

If you’re a bit familiar with creating stylized materials, you’ve probably seen artists using this technique. Basically, you’re adding different colors from various directions based on your height map. I loove using it but I think it is best to not overuse. Which I did the opposite 😅

I use a mix of different noises to create a weird-looking base color, which gives you a painterly effect. After that, you can build your tile on top of it. I also added color variations to my tile with flood fill.

After studying the shapes in the reference, I started recreating them in Designer. I focused on keeping the line thickness consistent everywhere. The lines on the tiles placed side by side should continue at the same size. Also Also, I used a gray bg to make them look more like tiles when using it.

I wanted to share my breakdown. You can check it out if you're interested! ^^
First, I want to show my reference.
I came across this tile while browsing Pinterest.
