Its an adaptation thing as well, but instead of climate its for camouflage! She has it to blend in more with the clouds and makes it so she can hide.

not exactly, she adds them to her hair (aka angel puts them in for her) because she believes it makes the horn look less out of place if cute flowers were on and around it!

hit fluttershy in the head. Its very uncomfortable for her but animals like to perch on it so she doesnt mind it too much. It didnt cause any severe damage except for the branch but it does give her slightly delayed speech from the spell being powerful, and her being close to the impact!

Her ‘horn’ is a branch spell gone wrong from twilight! It was accidentally casted while twilight and fluttershy were hanging out in the everfree forest and were attempting to sprout some new trees with a spell twilight had learned, but when casting it towards the ground twilight tripped and -

yeah!! since in the show we are shown that she goes gem mining a lot, mines are usually quite cold and since theyre used so much in designs i’d say shes down there quite often! so she adapted to the cold of the mines to make sure she isnt overdressing in the caves with big jackets lol
