Did you not see the video where the guy was clearly about to be run over? I understand if you hate ICE but it was clear that he shot because he thought she was about to ram her car into him

i mean if she was pinned down sittitng, you could argue this is just a blob sized version, it doesn't really look like hyper (Leg joints are proportional, only parts that are extremely big are supposedly only composed of fat)
