Also, South Dakota has cut state library funding by 65% and layoffs begin July 1. I’d say to watch unemployment numbers skyrocket, but hiring is booming for private prisons…is this the society we want to have children raised in?
The Trump Administration’s hiring freeze has led the National Parks Service to cancel job offers for seasonal employees. We are concerned this could leave our parks understaffed during the busy summer season, which sees over 100 million visitors annually.
