I'm starting an OC revival project! Wanted to experiment with a 90s inspired (sort of) cel shade style. This is an OC from years ago and i thought it would be cool to re imagine him in such a style. Known as the Herald of Chaos and definitely a chaotic evil type.

As someone who overthinks at times, especially when it comes to deceptivley simple styles like chibi, once I figured those things out it was a lot easier than before! His design was really fun to do and I'm thinking Myra's extended character sheet should also be a chibi 💫❤️
