As far as the elimination of individual mandates, that is one thing that may end up saving ACA, maybe. If that was still attached it would be priority one.

Aspects of repeal, say mandated coverage, would be highly popular with those who voted for Trump. But probably they will have to replace it with something. Likely high deductible plans. And if it's not built within the chassis of ACA, there will be a lag time for any benefits.
