I was fired from my dream job today (along with 3400 other FS staff). A job that I worked over 20 years to achieve. A job that would never get me rich, but one that I truly believed in. A geography that contains a fantastic diversity of life near and dear to my heart.

My wife and I grew up in texas, when you eat refried beans there the colors of the beans are exactly like my bean. That is how she got her name. She was a rescue found on the warm springs reservation

Hidden Swimming hole on the Santiam River

If you are traveling East of Portland, Oregon you will find a long string of Water Falls. This is one of them. I try to stay away from the popular ones. The Columbia River Gorge is a beautiful place.

Silver Falls State Park, This is south falls. In the early 1900s people watched organizers push model T cars off the falls. I guess that is entertainment. Because of all the falls that are located in this park, It was up for consideration to become a National Park.

I live in Oregon and one of the things I like to do is take pictures of Waterfalls. There are so many here. This one is on the Snake River (the one Evel Knievel tried to jump) It is Shashone falls. It is in Idaho but worth the mention. It is so pretty in my opinion. Our country is beautiful.

I want to go back to where I was born. Wurtzburg also is devoid of the orange gremlin. Hmmmm Something to ponder.
