pollinator garden thriving despite the fiery heat. this has been the hottest summer of my life. what can we do today to turn this around? adopt a plant-based diet! we have the power to mitigate climate change every day several times a day with out choice of what we consume!!! #veganic #nativeplants

now that a corrupt, felonious, power-crazed, soulless imbecile has taken control, we all need to see diamond dew drops on Lance-leaf Coreopsis. Native to much of the US, Coreopsis lanceolata feeds and hosts essential pollinators, and requires no fertilizers or extra watering. Plant natives, yo!

Companion planting! Most of my garden is devoted to native plants who feed and host our beleaguered pollinators. They also protect my edibles! I've encouraged the lovely native Yellow Passionflower (Passiflora lutea) to grow on my tomato cages. It's protecting my 'maters from the searing heat!

Companion planting! Most of my garden is devoted to native plants who feed and host our beleaguered pollinators. They also protect my edibles! I've encouraged the lovely native Yellow Passionflower (Passiflora lutea) to grow on my tomato cages. It's protecting my 'maters from the searing heat!
Just a small slice of my July pollinator garden. So many native plants and bees and birds and dragonflies and fireflies and more! We don't need no stinking, loud fireworks that terrify dogs, cats, and wildlife. Donate the money you'd spend on fireworks to an animal shelter and grow natives!

Swiss chard from my garden sauteed in garlic and olive oil with fusilli topped with almiggiano reggiano (ground almonds, hemp seeds, and nooch) served with home made pineapple ginger kombucha. home grown and home made is the best! Boycott animal agriculture! #vegan #plant-based #veganic.
