this week I got two additional emails telling me that it was delivered, days after it was delivered. definitely useful information as I had already opened it and used it and needed a reminder that it was delivered.

gross. I had an assignment where I had to cold email people like this in high school, I hated it. I was so apologetic in each of those emails. (I even had to go into one's office to talk to them because they didn't use email, this was 25 yrs ago)
