Logically I can't see that happening. There's no way you can change the rules and then retrospectively apply them. If that was the case, Arsenal would've voted against the changes, alongside a couple of other clubs who have high amounts of shareholder loans (can't recall who off the top of my head)

Spot on. We can only have 2 registered players who are on loan, so it would need to be permanent. And I don't think this is the permanent striker signing our fan base would like to see 😅 I'd much rather we keep the powder dry until the summer
