It is already happening do to unresponsive politicians that should be prosecuted and charge for the body bags...

It will keep happening if politicians that can stop it dont do their job will be pushing people to take matters on their own hands and whatever happens as good these politicians are they will blame people if they take the law on their own hands to bring justice to the oppressed...
